Payment & Advance:

• Pay 30% to confirm your booking
• Pay remaining 70% before boarding
• We accept: Online Transfer, UPI Payment, and Cash only

Cancellation Policy:

• Get a full refund if you cancel 7+ days before the journey
• Cancelling 4-6 days before may result in a fee
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of departure

Health and Fitness:

• Ensure you’re physically and mentally fit for the trek
• Check with your doctor, especially if you have health issues
• Tell us about any medical conditions or limitations

Safety:

• Always follow your guide’s instructions
• We may change or cancel treks for safety reasons

Liability:

• You trek at your own risk
• We’re not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost items
• We recommend getting travel insurance for adventure activities

Itinerary Changes:

• We might change plans due to weather or other factors
• We’ll inform you of any major changes

Environmental Responsibility:

• Respect and protect nature throughout the trip
• Don’t litter, damage, or harm the ecosystem

Code of Conduct:

• Respect local culture, environment, and other trekkers
• Bad behavior may result in expulsion without refund
